By using the OpenAlphaStack website, source code, plugin, or public MCP service, you acknowledge the research purpose and responsibility boundaries below.

Research use only

OpenAlphaStack is for software research, backtesting, and paper trading. It is not personalized investment advice, a broker, an adviser, or a trade-execution service. Outputs can be delayed, incomplete, or wrong and must not be the sole basis for trading real funds.

Public read-only service

The public MCP provides public market information, deterministic calculations, and clearly marked synthetic demos. It does not connect to brokers, execute orders, or read local runs, plans, positions, ledgers, or files. You must not bypass input limits, probe other users' data, disrupt the service, or create unreasonable load.

Data and availability

Market data may come from third parties and is subject to their availability, accuracy, and licensing. The service may be limited, changed, interrupted, or withdrawn for maintenance, upstream failures, security, or abuse prevention.

Open-source license

Repository source code is provided under the MIT License. Third-party dependencies, data, and trademarks remain subject to their respective terms.
